Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Oklixo (the "Service"), provided by Laurynas Slapšys · Individual activity certificate No. 1219693, Lithuania ("Oklixo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Your account and responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and, where applicable, that you have authority to bind your organisation.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Misuse includes, without limitation: unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use; transmitting spam; infringing the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; interfering with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing, or automated scraping that harms the Service; and attempting to circumvent usage limits or technical protections.

3. The Service

Oklixo is an AI project planner that analyses notes and documents, breaks work into tasks, and proposes deadline- and capacity-aware plans. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we may update, suspend, or remove features at any time. AI-generated output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying it before relying on it.

4. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Service and all related intellectual property, including software, documentation, branding, and design. You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

You must not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or otherwise circumvent the technical limits of the Service.

5. Plans, payments, and subscriptions

Oklixo offers Free, Pro, and Team plans. Pro and Team are billed monthly or annually. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can upgrade immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can cancel at any time and continue using your paid plan until the period ends.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. 6. AI credits

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial that includes 5 AI actions a day, document and image analysis, and calendar and work-tool connections. After the trial, free accounts keep manual project planning and the calendar; AI features and connections require a paid plan. Pro accounts receive 150 credits and Team accounts receive 500 shared credits at the start of each billing cycle (on yearly Pro, at the start of every month of the paid year); these plan credits reset at every renewal and do not roll over. Credit top-ups can be bought on paid plans, do not expire, and remain usable after a downgrade or cancellation. Credits are non-transferable. We may adjust free allowances and credit allocations for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or pose a security or fraud risk, or for repeated or serious violations of these Terms or our acceptable-use expectations.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may export your project data before termination; after a reasonable grace period we may delete it.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, except where law requires otherwise (for example, fraud, death, or personal injury).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We will try to resolve disputes informally; otherwise, they will be resolved in the courts of Lithuania.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
